3. Delivery is generally made within 2 to 4 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the period estimated at the time of selection of the delivery method and, in any event, within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. If delivery is not possible, the order shall be sent to the warehouse. In that event, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to agree on a new delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any visible damage must be immediately reported to the carrier by marking the delivery note with the wording \"Specific Inspection Reservation\", specifying the reason for the reservation such as, for example, \"punctured packaging\", \"crushed packaging\" or \"open packaging\".
The specific reservation has legal force and may be placed next to the signature or in the space provided on the paper delivery note or electronic PAD.
This step is essential to protect the user's right to check his order at a later date and, in the event of damage caused by transport, to facilitate complaint procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
